Our 2nd Anniversary Together

Yesterday, January 13, 2011 Steve and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary together as boyfriend and girlfriend.  I meet Steve New Years Eve 2009 at his house party that my best friend, Heather took me to.  Her now ex boyfriend is Steve's best friend and Heather wanted me to accompany her at Steve's party since her and her ex only started dating a few months before, she was sure she wouldn't know many people at the party.  I literally threw a fit because I didn't want to go what-so-ever.  I think you can guess that I ended up going and I'm so so glad I did.  When I think back at our time together, I can't believe how fast these two years have gone by.  I literally feel like we just celebrated our 1 year as a couple.  We have so many great memories together and I'm looking forward to every single one that's in store for us in the future. 

We spent our two year anniversary in Atlantic City Wednesday night, it's one of our favorite places!  We got down to AC around 5PM on Wednesday night, checked into our room and then headed to the casino for a little gambling.  This didn't start our night out well, since we both lost money but we didn't let it ruin the mood.  We got ready and headed to dinner at "Steakhouse" where we split a king size prime rib, mashed potatoes, and rice pilaf.  We decided to split our dinner since the portions were so large.  Dinner was out of this world, I've never had a piece of steak so good before, it was heaven!  After dinner we played some roulette, this time we were both up money, and we meet up with my longtime friend Ali who was also staying in the same hotel as us that night.  We had a few drinks and then spent the night out at the hotels club called the "POOL" where they were hosting "College Night".  The place was packed, the music and vibe in the club were insane.  About 2PM we headed back up to the room because my poor feeties were killing me, we were both tired and wanted to get up in time for breakfast and a little walking around.  All in all I'd say our two year anniversary was great, Steve always treats me like a princess :)

I thank God every night since I found Steve.  He came into my life when everything seemed so dark but he provided me with so much light.  I've never been so certain of anything in my life like I am of us.  He has totally changed my outlook in life and I'm so thankful for that.  I never thought that someone could love me like he does.  I know I don't say it as often as I should but I love him that much too. 

He makes my life complete.  I know they said people can do foolish things while in love, and with him I wouldn't mind being a fool for the rest of my life.  Thinking about our future fills me with anticipation and excitement. 

Thank you Steve for putting up with my down right horrible mood swings, my stubbornness, my embarrassing antics, my weird sense of humor, my spending habits, my lateness, and my all of the above ;)

Our life together is already amazing, and together it will only get better and better.  I will forever be grateful that Steve came into my life and is making all my dreams come true.  I love you Steve more than words can say.
