DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES comes back Sept 26!!!

Desperate is my favorite show and I can't think of any other show that I have run home for in the recent 5 years! I love it when characters are tip-toeing around each other - it seems to bring out the best.  Some of the story lines get alittle dull at times,

 but I will always be a TRUE FAN!!

Piece of Jewelry You Own!

This is a VERY tough question, thanks Jen!!   I have recieve so many special pieces of jewelry from loved ones that mean so much to me, its hard to choose.

The heart necklace Steven bought me for our 1 year is gorgeous and its the first piece of jewelry he ever bought me without me showing him what I liked or wanted.  I dont have an exact picture of the necklace but its a medium sized gold heart with diamond all around.  He has since then bought me other jewelry that is gorgeous, glad I have a man with good taste!! :)

This is NOT the heart he got me, but very similar.

Favorite Fridays-: Party Game

This week's Favorite Friday topic is:

Party Game!

Corn Hole

I discovered this game at my closest cousins wedding August 2008.

Its a lawn game where players take turns throwing beanbags at the raised platform with a hole at the far end. A beanbag into the hole is 3 points, a beanbag on the platform is 1.  You play until a player reaches a score of 21.  I think this game is so fun, and I get alittle addicted to it because I love competition lol!

This weeks Favorite Friday Topic is:

HEALTHY SNACKS!

1. Apple & Peanut Butter-  Apples are full of fiber, which is necessary to keep our digestion tract healthy and working correctly. They're also low in calories, are naturally fat-free, and contain important vitamins.  Peanut butter is healthy when eaten in moderate amounts, and is full of vitamins and minerals like magnesium and manganese.  A handful of peanuts or a few tablespoons of peanut butter midmorning can stave off hunger for up to two hours!

 

2. POPCORN- What's not to love about popcorn?  Popcorn is not only healthy, but it's filling as well. The reason popcorn is so filling is the amount of fiber that it contains. But, fiber is the only reason popcorn is healthy. Popcorn also contains protein and B vitamins making it a very healthy snack. Plus, popcorn is also low calories snack.

I love to have a few cocktails with my friends and have a good time.

Especially if they're a fruity or sweet drink!

When I took my trip to CABO in MAY this year we meet a couple

who told Steve, Kenny, Heather & I that we had to try this drink.

It's seriously LOVE!! 3 of these and I'm laughing loving life!!

Leg Spreader

1 1/4 oz Midori Melon Liqour

1 1/4 oz Malibu Rum

6 oz Pineapple Juice

2 Splashes 7-Up or Sprite!
