People magazine's newest Sexiest Man Alive is back on the market.
Ryan Reynolds and wife Scarlett Johansson have called it quits.
The couple, who wed in 2008, separated two weeks ago, according to Us Weekly.
"After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage. We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."
I'm shocked!! They seemed like such an adorable couple!
Hollywood has seen a spate of celebrity breakups as of late. In the past two months alone, Eva Longoria, Elizabeth Hurley, Michael C. Hall, Christina Aguilera and Courteney Cox have all split from their significant others.

Sad? Eh, not really. Never really got the warm fuzzies from her. And I'm sure plenty of women are happy he's single--he's freakin' gorgeous!!!
Now Michael C. Hall I'm more upset about. He's just so cute and I love him.

well, i definitely saw him more with Scarlett then i did with alanis morisette! haha, but yeah, thats sad for them ... but i'll comfort him any day! love him! :)
everyone divorces..it's to easy. No one takes marriage seriously or those words till DEATH do you part very seriously now do they? hmmmmm
ugh.. i don't like scarlett so i'm glad :) but this is the first i've heard of michael c hall & i'm so disappointed... not dexter and deb!!
SERIOUSLY! I almost blogged about this before I saw your entry! Can't believe it. It really screws up my image of long lasting sexy couples that live happily ever after.
